On September 29, Ian Owen uploaded a lip-sync video of himself to the song “I Want It That Way” by Backstreet Boys which quickly took off.
Owen took a screenshot of a family members comment on the video which started out complimenting him on his inflections. The comment goes on to talk about her health concerns stating she does not feel well.

The family member wrote that she will have to cancel her trip to see Owen because she just got over an urinary tract infection that lasted four weeks.
To make matters worse, she also was in the hospital dealing with diverticular abscess.
“Diverticular disease consists of three conditions that involve the development of small sacs or pockets in the wall of the colon, including diverticulosis, diverticular bleeding, and diverticulitis,” according to WebMD.
She was worried that she will be in a town where she has no doctors.
Owen captioned the screenshot:
I POSTED A VIDEO OF ME LIP-SYNCING “I WANT IT THAT WAY” BY THE BACKSTREET BOYS AND MY [REMOVED] JIMBERLEY ALMOST IMMEDIATELY DECIDED THIS WAS A GOOD TIME TO DISCUSS HER UTI.

Jimberley is not her real name and considered a woman version of a Jim.
The screenshot was posted in a private Facebook group called “Please show to Jim ! ! HA ! ! HA ! !“
According to Urban Dictionary a Jim is: “An individual of any age (but often a senior citizen) who uses technology and social media in an awkward and unfamiliar manner,” and when used as a verb is, “to make a mistake or behave in a manner characteristic of a Jim.”
The post in the group has reached 1,600 reactions and 621 comments. The comments expressed both concerns for the family members health but also laughter due to how awesome the lip-syncing video is.
Once the screenshot started to gain track, Owen commented that he called his family member and told her how famous she quickly became and she found it humorous.

The original video has over 3,000 views.
